The Brief
SuperCircle is a startup with the mission to bring the fashion industry into the circular economy and eliminate textile waste for the top clothing brands around the world. They needed help designing a white-label MVP that allowed brands to implement a clothing recycling program that offered a seamless branded experience for their customers. To manage the programs, they would need a robust admin portal to manage the logistics as well as brand interfaces. What I did
I was brought onto the project to help develop the product strategy as well as design the customer-facing recycling portal MVP and admin portal. Over the 18 months, I took on more responsibility and eventually began managing the project on my own by taking client calls, working directly with developers to QA production designs, as well as driving design and product strategy decisions.
Projects I was a part of while working with SuperCircle include:
-
Defined and extended the SuperCircle brand identity
- Provided product design and product strategy in support of the launch of the MVP
- Designed a white-label recycling portal for brand partners
- Delivered the founding design system for the SuperCircle recycling platform
- Designed the back-end logistics portal for SuperCircle staff to process returns
